Our elevated Chardonnay is sourced from grapes in our Coquina Vineyard which are shaped by marine influences and diurnal shifts. The resulting vintage made in collaboration with the acclaimed winemaker James Sparks, captures coastal minerality with hints of citrus and orchard fruit. Some might characterize this Chardonnay as distinctively dry and bright. It has become a favorite among the most traditional Chardonnay enthusiasts as well as those drawn to white varietals that showcase the unique biodynamics of the grapes organically and sustainably grown in the foothills of Los Padres National Forest.
